Winemaking process:
Fermentation with a neutral yeast at low temperature.
Ageing on lees until June.

Tasting:
Due to the soil made of a rock called "Serpentine", this wine is strongly influenced by it's terroir.
Le "vigneau has an abundance of citrus fruits and herbal flavors.
This Muscadet can be aged.

To be served:
8-10°C
